Customer Support Executive (Network)
Job Description : Maintenance and Support of total CCTV System which will include Inspection, cleaning, fine tuning, breakdown support, overall maintenance support to keep the system operative.
Requirements : 1. Should have minimum 5+ years hands on experience on handling CCTV cameras, switches, NVR etc. 2. Should have hands on knowledge in Desktops, and network connectivity. 3. Should be expert in handling, trouble shooting different types of cameras viz. Dome, Bullet, Box, PTZ etc. 4. Should have sound knowledge of NVR(Network Video Recorder)
Essential Functions : 1. Should have hands on practical experience of maintaining CCTV set up with switch, RACK and NVR.
Qualification: 1. Should have minimum 3 years Diploma from ITI 2. Graduate from any stream with global Certification in Networking etc. 3. Having Knowledge in Hardware and Networking preferable

Skills: 1. Should have good Communication Skills and energetic, enthusiastic & honest personality. 2. Should have hands on technical knowledge CCTV Camera, Switch, NVR etc.
Remuneration: As per Skilled Category WB State Wages Act.
